All forms can be signed and submitted electronically through the Simple Practice client portal. HIPAA compliant secure messaging, the ability to upload photos and videos directly to your file and the ability to receive important documents from your provider are a few of the perks of the secure client portal.

Like many other kids, my 14-year-old son has struggled since babyhood with all kinds of trouble from restricted airway issues. He completed orthodontia and the last step was to have the tongue tie and lip tie released.
